Wallet Withdrawal Policy
Rules and conditions governing wallet balances, withdrawal requests, verification, processing timelines, charges, refunds, and payment reversals.
WALLET WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
This Wallet Withdrawal Policy explains the rules and conditions applicable to wallet balances and withdrawal requests made through TodayFix.in (“Platform”).
1. WALLET BALANCE
The wallet available on TodayFix.in may be used to receive eligible payments, credits, incentives, refunds, commissions, or other amounts made available by the Platform.
The wallet balance displayed on the Platform may not always be immediately available for withdrawal. Certain amounts may remain pending until the related transaction has been successfully completed, verified, or cleared.
2. WITHDRAWAL ELIGIBILITY
Users may request withdrawal of an eligible wallet balance subject to the following conditions:
• The user must have a valid and verified account.
• The user may be required to complete identity, business, bank account, or other verification before a withdrawal is processed.
• The bank account or payment account provided for withdrawal must belong to the eligible account holder or business, as applicable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount, if applicable, will be displayed on the Platform.
• Amounts under dispute, review, refund processing, chargeback, cancellation, fraud investigation, or other verification may be temporarily withheld.
• TodayFix.in may decline, hold, or delay a withdrawal where additional verification or information is reasonably required.
3. RAZORPAY PAYMENT PROCESSING
Where withdrawals or related payment transactions are processed through Razorpay, the transaction may be subject to Razorpay’s applicable terms, policies, verification requirements, processing procedures, and technical availability.
TodayFix.in does not guarantee that every withdrawal request will be processed immediately or that every withdrawal request will be successful.
The actual processing time may depend on Razorpay, banking systems, payment networks, weekends, public holidays, verification procedures, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond the Platform’s reasonable control.
4. WITHDRAWAL REQUEST
Before submitting a withdrawal request, users must ensure that their bank account and payment details are accurate and up to date.
TodayFix.in may request additional information or documentation where necessary to verify a withdrawal request.
Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, cancellation may not be possible if processing has already commenced.
5. PROCESSING TIME
Eligible withdrawal requests will generally be processed within the timeframe communicated on the Platform.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the user’s bank account may vary depending on the payment processor, banking network, and receiving bank.
TodayFix.in is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details, inactive bank accounts, bank holidays, banking-system delays, payment processor issues, technical problems, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
6. FEES AND CHARGES
Any applicable withdrawal, transaction, payment-processing, service, or other charges will be communicated to the user where applicable.
Where permitted, applicable charges may be deducted from the withdrawal amount or wallet balance before the payment is processed.
Users should review any applicable charges displayed on the Platform before confirming a withdrawal.
7. FAILED OR REVERSED WITHDRAWALS
If a withdrawal fails because of incorrect bank details, an inactive account, payment-processing failure, verification issues, or other reasons, the amount may be returned to the user’s eligible wallet balance after reconciliation.
If a payment is subsequently reversed, rejected, refunded, or otherwise adjusted, TodayFix.in may make the corresponding adjustment to the wallet balance.
8. VERIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE
To protect users and the Platform from unauthorized transactions, fraud, misuse, money laundering, or other prohibited activities, TodayFix.in may conduct appropriate verification and compliance checks.
The Platform may temporarily restrict or hold withdrawals while such checks are being completed.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when requested.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or restriction of wallet and withdrawal functionality and may be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
9. DISPUTES AND WALLET ADJUSTMENTS
TodayFix.in may investigate transactions where there is a dispute, suspected unauthorized activity, duplicate credit, incorrect payment, refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other discrepancy.
Where an amount has been credited incorrectly, TodayFix.in may correct the wallet balance or recover the corresponding amount, subject to applicable law.
10. UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
Users must immediately notify TodayFix.in if they believe that their account or wallet has been accessed or used without authorization.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials, OTPs, payment information, and account information confidential.
TodayFix.in will not request a user’s password, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, or other confidential authentication credentials through unauthorized channels.
11. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICES
Payment services may involve third-party payment processors, banks, financial institutions, and other service providers.
Such services may be governed by the respective terms, conditions, policies, and requirements of those service providers.
Users may be required to complete additional verification or comply with requirements imposed by the relevant payment service provider.
12. PROHIBITED USE
Users must not use the wallet or withdrawal facility for fraudulent, unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited transactions.
TodayFix.in reserves the right to restrict or suspend wallet and withdrawal functionality where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity, violation of applicable policies, or legal or regulatory requirements.
13. TAXES AND STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS
Users are responsible for complying with applicable tax and statutory obligations relating to amounts received through the Platform.
Where required by applicable law, TodayFix.in or its payment service providers may apply applicable deductions, reporting requirements, or verification procedures.
14. POLICY CHANGES
TodayFix.in may update this Wallet Withdrawal Policy from time to time to reflect changes in payment processes, services, legal requirements, regulatory requirements, or business practices.
Any updated policy will be published on the Platform with the revised effective date.
